SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT POLICY

THIRD-PARTY FULFILLMENT NOTICE
BlackPeakVentures operates on a third-party fulfillment model. We do not manufacture, package, or physically ship any items from our own location. When you place an order, we purchase the item on your behalf from an independent global manufacturer, and that manufacturer handles the packing and shipping directly to your doorstep.

ABSOLUTE SHIPPING & LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
Because all logistics, inventory, and transportation are handled entirely by outside companies, Wioletta Merchut and BlackPeakVentures accept ZERO liability for the shipping process. 

By completing your purchase, you explicitly agree that:
1. If the manufacturer fails to ship the item, delays production, or mixes up the contents of the package, the fault lies entirely with the third-party manufacturer, not us.
2. If the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or international couriers) loses, damages, steals, or misdelivers your package, the liability lies entirely with the carrier.

"NOT ON US" CLAUSE
We do not guarantee delivery dates or transit times. Once an item leaves the third-party facility, we have no physical control over it. In the event of a manufacturing mishap, non-shipment, or carrier error, you agree that any operational failures are "not on us" and that Wioletta Merchut is legally absolved of all financial responsibility. 

While we will always step up and try to message the supplier, file carrier claims, or investigate the tracking status to help you out, we cannot force these independent companies to comply. We do not guarantee a replacement item or a refund for any fulfillment errors committed by third parties.
