ALL SALES ARE STRICTLY FINAL. Because our items are custom-ordered directly from an independent, third-party manufacturer and shipped directly from their facilities to you, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason once an order is placed.

By purchasing from this site, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that Wioletta Merchut and BlackPeakVentures do not maintain physical inventory, do not manufacture the products directly, and cannot issue refunds or handle return shipping. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure accurate product selection, sizing, and shipping information at the time of checkout.

SECTION 6 - MANUFACTURER ERROR & SHIPPING DISCLAIMER
We contract with independent third-party manufacturers and commercial shipping carriers to fulfill and transport your orders. Because these entities are completely outside of our operational control, Wioletta Merchut and BlackPeakVentures accept zero liability and shall not be held responsible for any manufacturing defects, order mistakes, delays, lost packages, or fulfillment errors caused by the manufacturer or shipping carrier.

In the event that a manufacturer ships the wrong item, damages a product during production, or a carrier loses a package, you agree that any errors are "not on us," and your sole recourse is to contact our customer support line so that we may, at our sole discretion, attempt to facilitate a resolution with the third-party provider on your behalf. We do not guarantee a replacement or refund for errors committed by third parties.
